The Installation Specialist will remotely install, configure, test, and support FIntegrate’s FusionCRS Collection & Recovery and FusionDMS Dispute Management applications. The position reports to the Director of Implementation.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for remote installation of FusionCRS and DMS applications, modules, and supporting databases on customer provided on-premises servers, as well as in cloud environment.
  • Establish setup, configuration, and testing of applications based on customer provided business requirements.  
  • Provide remote training of Fusion applications to customer assigned testers in preparation for User Acceptance Testing 
  • Provide remote live day/production support. 
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for the correction, enhancement, and/or development of applications. 
  • Correspond with the client throughout the project implementation life cycle. 
  • Drive clients to resolve all outstanding action items. 
  • Complete projects within project guidelines and project plan timelines

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline or 2+ years of relevant experience 
  • Windows Server & SQL Server 
  • MS SQL / MongoDB 
  • SQL Reporting Services and SQL Business Intelligence Development Studio 
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 
  • IIS/ASP, TCP / IP, ODBC setup and configuration, and SFTP 
  • Node.js  
  • Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to read, modify, and create functions to map/convert data. 
  • Understanding of the SDLC and agile methodology 
  • Able to analyze and process data and information in a logical manner. 
  • Able to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines effectively and efficiently. 
  • Critical thinking & problem-solving skills 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Organizational and time management skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and be initiative-taking

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of relevant experience 
  • Functional knowledge of credit, recovery, dispute, and core processing systems and/or operations
