Website Scavenger Hunt: Find Three Answers for a Chance to Win

2. Sponsor

The FIntegrate Website Scavenger Hunt (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by FIntegrate Technology, 3648 Vann Road, Suite 104, Birmingham, AL 35235 (“Sponsor”).

3. Who Can Enter

The Promotion is open to individuals who meet all of these requirements:

• Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live) when they enter
• Are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia
• Enter using a valid work email address issued by their employer

Entries from free or personal email services (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, Hotmail, AOL or iCloud) are not eligible.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family and household members, cannot enter.

Employer gift policies. Many financial institutions limit the gifts their employees may accept. Entrants are responsible for making sure that entering and accepting a prize is allowed by their employer’s policies. Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner if the selected entrant cannot accept it.

4. How to Enter

1. Visit the Promotion page.
2. Follow the three clues to find the answers on fintegratetech.com.
3. Complete the entry form with your name, work email, institution and your answers to all three clues.
4. Submit the form.

One entry per person. Each person may submit one entry for the entire Promotion. Additional entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified.

Entries that are incomplete, submitted by automated means, or made with a false identity or email address are void.

5. Winner Selection

Only entries that answer all three clues correctly are eligible for a drawing. Sponsor will pick one winner at random from all eligible entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

Sponsor will notify the potential winner by the work email address used to enter. The potential winner must reply within 7 business days to claim the prize.

Sponsor may require the winner to confirm eligibility before the prize is awarded. If a potential winner does not reply in time, is not eligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may pick an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Prize

One prize will be awarded: a $100 gift card. Approximate retail value: $100.

The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or substituted. Gift card terms set by the card issuer apply. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

8. Use of Your Information

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may collect and use the information you submit to run the Promotion and to contact you about Sponsor’s products, services and events. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Sponsor handles personal information as described in its Privacy Policy.

9. Publicity

Sponsor may publish the winner’s name and state.

10. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical problems or other causes beyond its control affect its fair operation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

To the extent allowed by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from the Promotion or the prize.

11. Winners List

For the name of the winner, email sales@fintegratetech.com with the subject line “Scavenger Hunt Winner” within 60 days after the relevant drawing.
